About

After many years of service in a completely different industry, and wearing many different hats along the way,

I found myself at a crossroads. During very unstable economic times that strongly affected the industry, I began my search for a new direction and purpose.  My focus would be a career that is service oriented and very rewarding, allowing me to help others in my own creative way.  For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed the exhilarating feeling that I get when I witness someone achieving a personal goal.  Especially the ones that I had some, small involvement in. I strive to acknowledge and appreciate each individual for their own personal strengths, and encourage them to improve on their self-proclaimed weaknesses. I love to teach and train others, but I also love to learn new things and educate myself.  I have always been fascinated about the human brain and more specifically human behaviors.  This occupation gives me the opportunity to learn and explore unlimited amounts of knowledge regarding these behaviors, and best of all help others in changing the ones that they want to change.   Expanding people's views and educating them on ways to live out their lives to their fullest potential and highest level of happiness, makes this field so easy to be passionate about!  I have found my true purpose, and I am honored and grateful to all of those who have contributed to my Well-Being.

Lauren was born and raised in New England and continues to reside here with her husband and her son.  The ease of travelling from the mountains to the beach in a just a few short hours, is what she appreciates the most about the area.  She also enjoys now having the freedom to spend more time with family and friends, while owning her business in her beloved New Hampshire's Southern/Seacoast area.
