H.E.A.D. Strong! (Heroin Elimination After Detoxification)

The State of New Hampshire is currently facing an epidemic of great proportion. According to state officials and statistics from the CDC (Center for Disease Control), NH has reached alarming levels of heroin and prescription opioid deaths and is increasing by high percentages each year. NH ranks second in the country for these deaths, with Texas being the first. These numbers are climbing all over the U.S., but our state specifically has very limited access to both detox facilities and post detox programs. Those few NH facilities are constantly searching for out of state alternatives for addicts in need of immediate care. Waiting lists are created and many are forced to wait months before getting the help that they need now. Most federal and/or state funding is targeted for preventative education rather than focusing on the ongoing growth of usage and needs for recovery.

Although I cannot assist in the medical detoxification treatment process, I am offering help in the area of post detox recovery care. Due to state and federal licensing requirements, I cannot accept medical insurance. What I can offer is a rate that is typically less than half of what medical professionals will charge. What I will guarantee is that your health and well-being, your need for confidentiality, and my professionalism and integrity will remain top priority. I am in the process of developing a program (HEAD Strong), focusing on both individual sessions as well as weekly support group sessions for those who wish to attend.
